If you are already a customer of ours, please contact us via the departments below. Make sure you have selected the right deparment for your question to speed up the support.
If you want to become a customer, please fill in the Reseller Application From (downloadlink below) and send it to one of our Sales Managers. After the registration is complete, you will recieve our latest pricelist. You will be given a customer-id that you need to mention every time you order.

If you have RMA to report to us, please follow these instructions: Send to defective product(s) back to us with a copy of the orriginal invoice. Discribe the problem(s) in detail. Send an email to our RMA department (see above) to anounce the RMA. There is no need to request a RMA-number.
